I'm looking to connect with anyone researching the Petersen Family that immigrated to Wisconsin (Calumet/Sheboygan Counties) in the 1850's. My immigrant ancester was Caspar Heinrich Marcus Petersen. He had two daughters by his first wife, Doris. Three sons by his second wife, Augusta Bodenstab. The daughters were Emily/Amalia, Marie/Mary. The sons were Freidrich Julius, Edmund Louis, and Hugo A.
Caspar's younger brother, Friedrich W., also immigrated; and his sister, Magdelana Dorthea Lorentina. Other siblings may have also immigrated. My line is Freidrich Julius Petersen.
