I know that there are many different branches of the name Pesavento. In the town I grew up in there were 3 different families of Pesaventos. None of the 3 were related but all came from Asiago.
I've never heard of any of my Pesaventos in Canada. One went to the state of New Mexico but other than her, all immigrated to Lockport, Illinois and died there.

My email address is pezzer66@comcast.net, if you want to ask anymore questions or see anything I have feel free to contact me and I'll share whatever information I've got.

Marco Pesavento married Antonia Pesavento
They had four children.
Giovanni, Paola, Paolo and Marco Modesto.
This is what you wrote. I was not aware of this but I may continue.
Paolo was your great grand father while Marco Modesto was mine. Marco married with Caterina Basso on 10.11.1978 and they had many childred. Giobatta went to North America in 1913. Pasquale Angelo married Maria Maddalena Genero on 10.12.1928 and went to USA in 1921. Paolo Antonio Pesavento, son of Marco Modesto and brother of both Pasquale Angelo and Giobatta was my grand father.
I also saw some pics in this site of Cristiano and Pasquale and what astonished me was that in a family picture of Pasquale his wife was named Lena and I guess that it is Maria Maddalena. I think I saw the pic in Valentino Pesavento web site which is related also to Matt ancestry site.
I would like to be contacted both by Tony and Matt just to try to better understand these family links.
I have drew a family tree based on my data and on the ones provided by Tony.
I am very happy to have met you all and thus having increased my knoeledge about the Pesavento family.
In my family there is only one Pesavento left who is my aunt.

Hoping to hear from you soon. Ciao

Hi Tony,
I believe that Anna M.(Sartori) Pesavento, born in
August of 1906 and died April 22, 1986, was a sister of my grandmother, Pauline Theresa (Sartori) Rigoni.
Joseph (Giuseppe) Sartori married Theresa Maria Rigoni.
Their children, that I know of, were John, Apalonia,
Inez Ellen, Rose, Anna, Pauline Theresa (my grandmother),
and Victor.
I have some information if you would like to contact me at
cgzoo@aol.com
I would appreciate any information you might have to this family history.
Thank you so much!
