Surnames: Pesavento, Rodeghiero
My gg grandmother was Giovanna Pesavento, born in Asiago. I don't have any other identifying info on her. She married Antonio Rodeghiero. I don't believe that they migrated to the US. Their 4 sons: Christiano, Domenick, Matteo Antonio (my ggrandfather) Valentino all came to the US. Their sister Mattea may have come to the US but their other sister Giovanna stayed in Asiago.

That's all I have until I request records from Italy, which I haven't gotten around to doing yet.

Catherina: I have a bit of information for you. My Great-Grandpa Christ Rodeghiero and his brother Tony sent money over to Asiago for a couple of their nephews to come to the United States one in which was your Grandfather (But I thought his name was Johnny Ness). Christina Rodeghiero was my Great-Grandpa's sister.

I am Pasquale Pesavento's great grandson.
When I went to the website, I was very excited to see the picture of my relatives. We are all very proud to be part of the Pesavento family. I hope that you will write me soon!

Surnames: Rigoni, Sartori, Pesavento
Hi. I came across your message posted on Ancestry. I'm not sure if there is any connection, but this is some information that I have collected while searching in my family history.

My grandmother, Pauline (Sartori) Rigoni, had a sister Anna (Sartori) Pesavento, both lived in Lockport, Illinois. Their mother, my great grandmother, Theresa Maria's maiden name was
Rigoni and married Giuseppe "Joseph" Sartori. So, her name was Theresa Maria (Rigoni) Sartori,
and her parents were Giacomo and Rosa (Rodighiero) Rigoni. They were from Asiago, Italy.

Anna (Sartori) Pesavento, my grandmother's sister, was married to Joseph Louis Pesavento and they lived in Lockport, Illinois.

Joseph and Theresa (Rigoni) Sartori and their children; John, Apalonia, Ellen, Rose, Anna, Pauline and Victor, lived in Homer Township, Illinois in 1910 and then moved to LaPorte County, Clinton Township in Indiana in 1920. They moved back to Illinois and settled in Lockport a few years later.

My grandmother, Pauline (Sartori) Rigoni, passed away in 1997. Her sister,
Anna (Sartori) Pesavento, passed away in 1986.

If there is a connection, I would greatly appreciate any information or stories you could share on our family tree.

Thank you,
Jan
