BUCKEYE LAKE:
Donald Eugene Perry, 82, of Buckeye Lake, Ohio was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio (Belmont County) on April 30, 1933 to the late Wilbert H. and Ruth E. (Vickers) Perry.

He passed away at his residence on August 3, 2015 while surrounded by his loving family.

Many years ago, he worked for Sohio Corporation; worked for Sears for over 10 years; and retired from Rockwell International with over 34 years of service.
He enjoyed working on his show car, along with his Ford pickup truck, cutting the grass and spending time with his dog and his granddaughter, Jessica.

Donald was known as a "Roustabout" during the Buckeye Lake era, assisting big band members with equipment.
He had many friends that he worked with throughout his life.
He enjoyed spending time with the fence line camping guys, his neighbors, and all of his friends at Jolly Pirate Donut Shop.
Survivors include his two children, Rick (Cathy) Perry and Christy Borland; granddaughter, Jessica Borland; brother, Wilbert (Joann) Perry; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, the Lake Side Diner "Crew", and all of his cruising buddies.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Jean Perry.
A funeral service, celebrating the life of Donald Eugene Perry, 82, of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hebron Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Hebron Cemetery, Hebron, Ohio (Licking County) .
