Hello, I am helping my fiance to build a family tree. However it i a little hard with not much to go on. This much he/I know presently.
He was born 7/31/1974 in Miami(as far as he knows), FL
He believe his mothers' name was Elaine and fathers' was Julian. He has a brother who is possibly 4-6 years older named William Perry.
He an his brother were both put into the "system" sometime around 1976-1978. He resided in a Baptist Children's home before being adopter in 1986.
