Help - I can't locate this John Perry's family! Here's what I know...

John married Sarah Hancock and had 2 children - Jos. and Mary Jane.
Sarah Hancock was born in 1836 and can be found as a child in the 1850 Haywood Co., TN census.
The Hancock family, along with John and the kids moved to Arkansas abt. 1859/60.
John died before he was picked up in the 1860 census.
In the 1860 AR census, Sarah has 2 children (both 2 yrs. old) and is listed as a widow.
I've found the land deed in Van Buren Co., AR which lists a John R. (or K.) Perry as the owner. John's untimely death has made it difficult to locate his family in Tennessee. Does anyone have information that can point me toward the right Perry's?
