This man is the brother of my GG grandmother I know he exists because he is a witness on family marriage and death certificates but I can find no official record of him. He was born about 1857 in Liverpool UK, his father was John Perkins and his mother Mary Ann Hayes. He is possibly a sailor as he was in Australia in the late 1870's, early 1880's. It is also possible that he migrated to America as family history mentions relatives in the US. Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated
