We did find an interesting note in a newspaper
Friday, September 10, 1813
Notice: All persons indebted to the estate of Myer Powell, deceased, are requested to make payment, and those to whom his estate maybe indebted will present their accounts, properly authenticated, to the subscribers, for payment on or before the 1st October, next.
The Tavern seat and Farm, situated on Turtle creek where the gread road leading from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia crosses it, and lately occupied by the deceased, is offered to be leased. Possession will be given immediatley.
