Does anyone have any information on the above person?? He was born about 1816 in North Carolina and died after 1852 in Hardeman county, Tennessee. About 1850 he married a Mary Williams, 1833-aft 1852 in Hardeman county. They had a son, James Louis Peoples, 12-03-1852 to 11-14-1930 in Madison county, Tennessee.

Get the book " Peebles Ante 1600-1962 "
Pgs 97-98 Quite a bit of info on Nathinal M.Peebles
Use the name Peebles in your research as that was the general spelling & pronuciation at that time.

He was born in Warren County, North Carolina in 1816 and died in Haywood County, Tennessee in 1899. James Louis was born in Fayette County, Tennessee in 1853 and died in Madison County, Tennessee in 1930, They are buried in Fayette County and Hardeman County respectively.
