Mrs. [Lola Thomas] Pefley

BROWNWOOD (RNS) ---Mrs. D.A. (Lola) Pefley, 65 of Brownwood died at 5:50 p.m. Monday at the Brownwood Community Hospital after a fourmonth illness. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Ebony Cemetery.
Eugene Hawkins will officiate. Burial will be directed by Morelock Funeral Home.
Born Aug. 7, 1911, in Elkins, she married Daniel Alexander Pefley July 3, 1942, in Comanche. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of the Latter Day Saints. She lived in Brownwood for a year and a half. She had lived in Arlington 20 years. She was a 1930 graduate of Brownwood High School and was Valedictorian of her class.
Survivors include her husband; a sister, Mrs. James Teague of Fort Worth; and a half sister, Jackie Keith of Morgan Hill, Calif.

First of all the date for the previous obtiuary should be January of 1977. Here is an additional obituary for Lola:

Mrs. D.A. Pefley (Lola Margarette Thomas)

Services for Mrs. D.A. (Lola) Pefley, 65, of 907 Main, Brownwood, will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Ebony Cemetery. Eugene Hawkins is to officiate. Morelock Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Pefley died at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Brownwood Community Hospital following a four-month illness.
She was born Aug. 7, 1911 in Elkins and was a housewife. A member of the re-organized Church of the Latter Day Saints, she had lived a year and a half in Brownwood and 20 years in Arlington. She was a Brown County native. She married Daniel Alexander Pefley at Comanche July 3, 1942. She was a 1930 graduate of Brownwood High School and was valedictorian of her class.
Survivors include her husband; a sister, Mrs. James Teague of Fort Worth; a half sister, Mrs. Jackie Keith of Morgan Hill, Calif.
