I have a copy of “The Underground Railroad in Dupage County, Illinois” by Glennette Tilley Turner, which I would like to get back in the hands of descendants or family members of an ancestor written about in the book. Dupage County was prominent in the Underground Railroad in northern Illinois. There are mentions of Sheldon Peck and his home in Lombard, IL which was a stopping point for fleeing slaves.
