some one asked about thomas oliver peacham
he was my uncle I was told he traveled to NZ around 1934
and was working on the road projects . after an earthquake
around that time he was not heard from again , he told a freind if he didnt return to send his belonging home to his
mother , his mother recived his belonging some time later
one thing though he may have changed his name to collins
due to some thing that happened in the past . hope you have better luck than me ,still looking

Hi Robert. My great grandfather was Oliver Thomas Peacham and his daughter Catherine Ivy Peacham (Oakman) was my grandmother and her son Peter David Oakman was my father. so it sounds like we are related. I wondered if you got any further with Thomas Oliver peacham. I am having no luck at all. what was the reasoning behind the name change(possible) . hope you can help and perhaps I can help you with the Australian and Tasmanian peachams.

Hi Chris

Have quite a bit on the Peachams generally would be happy to share.
Do you think use of e-mail would be more appropriate.

If so oceancruiser@hotmail.co.uk is the one to use for me
