Hi,

I wondered if you had any luck on your report! My maiden name is Payler, originating in England. It was originally DePayley, and whoever he was he came over with William the Conquerer in 1066.He settled in a little town in Yorkshire, and the current spelling was the result of a misprint in the church records, where all the births, deaths, etc. were kept. I would suspect that your name was probably the result of the same mistake.

I would be curious to hear if your family is from the U.K., and if if you wnt any further info, let me know.

Thanks.
