Hello my name Michael Payne and my great grandfather. Was born in Ark he had a lot of family there. His name was Robert Paylor he then move to Tulsa Okla. I think he was born around 1887 and die in 1963. He married my grandmother Wille Shelton and they had a lot of grandkids. So if you know of any Paylors that still live in Arkansas let me know.
