Paubel Ship Record

I have located the ship record for the two Paubel families that came to St. Louis, Missouri.

The ship name is Victoria. It left Bremen on April 22, 1847. It arrived in New Orleans June 27, 1847. 317 passengers. The ship record is 8 pages long.

Here are the names as I read how they are recorded on the document. It shows they all are from Suhl and their destination is St. Louis. There are a lot of other people heading to St. Louis, including a few others from Suhl. It lists Veit as a shoemaker and Christian as a tailor.

On page 5:
195 - Johan Veit Paubel
196 - Barbara Frederica
197 - Augusta Rosamunda
198 - Saul Edward
199 - Maria Amanda

On page 6:
206 - Christian Paubel
207 - Margaretha Barbara
208 - Valantin Julius
209 - August Hermann
210 - Johan Henry

I think i talked to you at clayton and clarkson several years ago. What a great find. It answers many questions.
I would like to have a copy. I believe there were Funk people that traveled at the same time. How,where did you find the shipping manifest. Microfilm number? Or do you have all 8 pages of the manifest. Thanks Aaron Kindlesparger
