I wonder if you have gone astray on your lineage.

Augustine Pattillo who died in 1794 was the husband of Elizabeth Moseley (daughter of John Moseley who wrote his will in December 1794 in Warren Co. NC). She was the Elizabeth Pattillo who married second to Roderick Bigelow in 1811 in Warren Co. NC.

This is all becomes clear by carefully going through all the records in Warren Co. NC and in Caswell Co. NC.

The problem is that she apparently had 3 children after Augustine Pattillo died and before she married Roderick Bigelow! The question is: Who was the father of these three children because it certainly wasn't Augustine Pattillo.
