He was the son of Amanda Frances Bottom and William Thomas Patterson of Mercer Co., KY. His WW I Draft Reg. Card says he was a physican on the Medical Adv. Board in Franklin Co., KY, employed by the US Gov. ; wife Christine.I have been unable to find him in the 1900-1930 censuses. He died 20 Oct 1947 in Fayette, KY.
