Peter Panagopoulos is my Great Grandfather who was born in Athens, Greece. His wife was Elena. They had a son, Chris (Charles) (b) 4/22/1895 in Athens Greece. Chris died 11/4/1970 in MD or in DC. Chris was married at least 3 times. His first wife was Coola. His 2nd wife, Mary Kilele Rebaze (m) 1917 was my grandmother. They were married in DC. Chris' 3rd wife was Lottie Womac (m) 10/16/1924. Any information on the Panagopoulos family would be greatly appreciated

Hello. I had a Great-Great Aunt named Mary Rebaze who lived in DC. I would be very interested in hearing from you. Please email me. I've written your given email address as well because I do not have time to check the board regularly. Please, write me back. If we are related, you have tons of relatives here in Texas that I can tell you all about! Thank You. Susan

I answered your e-mail, but just in case you didn't get it, I'm posting this message. Mary Rebaze was my grandmother. She married Peter Panagopoulos, had 3 children with him and then divorced him. Peter went on to re-marry and had additional children by his 3rd wife. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hey! Glad you wrote me back. I didn't realize the message board sent messages letting you know when someone responded! I haven't received your email yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Did you know Mary well? Did she ever talk about a sister or where they were from? What were her 3 children's names? I will be happy to share any info I have with you. Also, Kilele (feminine form), I'm almost positive translates to Camille. On this side of the tree (in Texas), we had a Kalil (masculine form) who we called Uncle Camille. Wonder if my g-grandma was really naming him after her sister in a way?! I think we may be onto something! At least I sure hope so!!!!!! Does the name Vedon mean anything to you? Please, email me again.

I just sent you an e-mail again. Yes, I knew Mary well. She was my grandmother and came over to the house almost every other weekend. I can't figure out why I can't send you an e-mail since I'd much rather chat that way. Did you get the e-mail that I just sent you?

Hey! Still haven't received your emails. I don't know what the deal is. If swalcott@wt.net isn't working, you can try sending to my work email: Susan.Walcott@nhmccd.edu I would much rather chat that way as well. I'm so excited. I can't wait to hear from you.

I don't know what the problem is. I got back the e-mail that I just tried to send using the .edu address. Maybe there's a problem with my outgoing e-mail??? Can you send me a note from your .edu address so I can try responding to that note? If that doesn't work, I'll have to get our computer people to figure out what the problem and it will probably be tomorrow before I can get the problem figured out. WE ARE FAMILY... Believe me, we'll figure out a way to connect. My address is CThwaits@Mitretek.org
