Are you sure that Sarah Anne was born in PA? My grandmother, Hester Marie Francisco was born on June 16, 1915, at the home of her father's cousin, Dr. George Palmerton in Barbourville, NY. (This photo is posted on my ancestry page) Since I know that there were Palmerton's living in Barbourville, NY and lived in Delaware County http://www.dcnyhistory.org/palmerton_Kelsey_family.html
