My mum remembers going to visit a girl called Eileen who lived in Scott Hall rd in Leeds who may have been in the airforce or services, she was older than my mum so i don't expect this to be you but maybe her daugter

My mum had 3 sisters called Cath Margeret & Teresa, Cath never had any kids, margeret had 5 2 boys n 3 girls, teresa had 3 kids 2 girls n 1 boy & my mum just myself
As both my parents are now very old i am wanting to trace their families back as far as possible for both historic and personal reasons and hope to present it to them before they pass on
Any help would be appreciated

Surnames: Padden, Barrett
Padden was originally a County Mayo name, related to the Barretts. There are Paddens in and around Belmullet today. I know the name has also been found in County Roscommon and County Sligo, as well as possibly others.

http://www.rootsireland.ie/ has some, but not all, records of early Irish baptisms that can be searched for a relatively small amount.

Hope this helps,
