I have them on census in Warrensburg,TN 1870. then I have them in Ok. Indian Terr.before Feb. 1871.When they came into Ok. Benson & Mary had two Grandchildren with them. Effie 10 & Benson 8. Also Jim 24 wife Susan L. 20 & son Henry Pack 2. Then a daughter Martha Pack married to Henry Schneider their children Samantha J.,Mahaly,Jim ,& Lillie.
Recently I read a message to :Pack L @ rootsweb.com of Mary,Effie & Benson suing to obtain Cherokee Citizenship. Was the book The Intruders? Mary (Evans) Pack was my GG Grandmother. Any info would be greatly appreciated. ?
