Rev. Oxenbridge (d.1618) was the grandson of Baron Adam Oxenbridge of Sussex, England. Up to this point, while this link has been deemed 'probable' I am still looking for more information on Adam's sons, Robert (m. Susan White?) and John. One of these was in all probability the father of Rev. John Oxenbridge, but I'm not finding much documentation other than family trees which are filled with unverified assertions.
Was wondering if anyone else has had any more success with this gap in the family tree. From Adam, the line can be traced back to the 12th century and perhaps to the Domesday Book's Hugh de Porta. I'm just stuck with this one generation gap.
