Hi Gary,
I have just found your posting and hoping you are still reserching OXBURY. I am a Great Grand Daughter of Frederick OXBURY who lived in Necton, Norfolk.
In the 1851 cenesus I found that Thomas KERRISON's daughter Francis KERRISON CLARKE married Henry OXBURY in 1839 in Swaffam, Norfolk. She was the daughter of Thomas KERRISON and Mary KERRISON nee CLARKE. Henry was the son of Henry and Francis OXBURY of Necton, Norfolk. So somewhere along the line we must be surely related. They had three son's Henry, John and Thomas Kerrison OXBURY. Thomas Kerrison OXBURY married Henrietta and they had two son's and three daughters. One of the son's was William K OXBURY born 1880.
Get back to me if you want more info. although you may have sorted these out by now.
Rehards.
Val.

Hi Jon,
I found your reply to Gary Frost and I hope you don't mind me emailing you. I am the Great Grand Daughter of Frederick OXBURY of Necton, Norfolk and have been researching the OXBURY name for some time now. Your father David Kerrison OXBURY interests me as in 1886 Henry OXBURY married Francis KERRISON CLARKE. They had three sons Henry, John and Thomas Kerrison OXBURY. Thomas Kerrison Oxbury married Henrietta and they had 3 sons and 3 daughters. One of the son's was William K OXBURY.I have no marraige for him. The OXBURY's worked on and lived close to the KERRISON's farm and I think if I look back in my records some of the OXBURY's even lived on the KERRISON farm at one point.
Are you a relative? If so would you like to be added to our family tree?
If so please do contact me.
regards.
Val.

Hi Natalie,
I hope you are still online and do not mind my contacting you. I found your reply to Jon OXBURY. I am the Great Grand daughter of Frederick OXBURY of Necton, Norfolk. You are right about Harold OXBURY I have his book and was in contact with him a few years back. He was 99 yrs old then so I do not know now if he is still alive. His Son is a neurologist specialising in epilepsy I believe.
Where do you come in the family tree? If you are a relative would you like your families details adding to our OXBURY tree?
Please do contact me if you are interested.
Regards.
Val.
