I have DNA matches with at least 3 people who have Osborne ancestors from Ashford, Kent, England. My Osborne branch is traced back to John Osborne, 1717-1788, who died in Clee, Lincolnshire, England. All my other Osborne ancestors stayed in Lincolnshire until the early 1800s when Thomas Osborne immigrated to Canada and then Iowa. Is there anyone who has any hint of an Ashford Osborne moving to the Lincolnshire area of England, possibly in the early 1700s or in the 1600s. I am assuming there has to be some sort of connection since I share DNA with 3 separate people who are descendants of the Ashford Osbornes. I'd love to find the actual connection.
