Ron, just ran across this and a later message to Ross Casey ref the Osborns of Franklin, Tennessee. Jesse F was my gggrandfather and buried in the family plot in Post, Texas. If you have more information about David Osborn or others, I would be interested. I found a "Namy" Osbourne on the Family Search site that lists the 1830 census in Franklin Co.
