My G-Gfather - Daniel O'Rourke (b. 1830 in Ire.) named his first male child, James Stephen O'Rourke. My James Stephen
was born in NY on 12/26/1866. His parents were Daniel and Bridget Collins O'Rourke. Other children were Alice,
Mary Ellen, Daniel, Anna and Agnes. Daniel and Bridget
were Catholics and generally followed trad. Irish naming conventions. They settled Perin Union, Il. (Mchenry Co).
Perhaps James and Daniel were siblings.
