I have a deceased father with a twin brother -- named Raymond Milton and Robert Gordon O'Neal or Oneal who seem to have no records other than death. It seems their mother might have been Helen Hicks, but I can only find records for her second marriage, to a McCormick.

Am looking for a possible grandfather O'Neal or Oneal and what county they might have lived in.
