I am looking for someone named Carol Ojalla. She may have graduated from Tulsa, OK around 1965. She may have lived in the Dallas Ft. Worth area in 1966. Ojalla is her maiden name and she has probably married by now. If anyone knows of her whereabouts or if she is still alive please contact me at berkleywood@aol.com or respond to this message. If you do not feel comfortable letting a stranger know where she is then please forward this message on to her. If she is no longer alive, please let me know this. Thank you

Look under Ojala, which is the more common spelling.
Did you check the phone lists and social security listings in the Ancestry.com web-site?

Ojalla/Ojala

I don't have very much information, especially a socail. I don't even have a birthdate. Are you from the Tulsa Oklahoma area?

Not from Oklahoma. Born in Wisconsin, now live in Chicago area.
My Finnish family (Ojala) was from Ohio and Minnesota.

Go to SEARCH section of this web-site, and it gives you an option
to search telephone records and death records by surname. That might help.

Bob Ojala

Classification: Query
Surnames: Ojala Ollila, Ogla, Agila, Anderson
Am looking for info on Jacob Ojala b 1854 d 1925 Otter Tail County, MN; spouse Anna Katarina Oman b 1865 d 1944 Otter Tail County, MN. Jacob's mother: Kaisa Ollila (sp); Kaisa had an adopted son, Olaf W. b 1892;. Jacob and Anna's children: William V b 1891; Anna S. b 1888; foster son John Arnold (Turp) Anderson b 1902. "Arnold" was Post Master of New York Mills, MN for many years as well as a State Rep in the late 1940s early 1950s (he was my step-uncle). Any info would be appreciated.

Note: In the 1900 census, the family name is hand-written as "Ogla" instead of Ojala and Kaisa's name is written as "Geiser Agila". Gotta love it, lol. Also, there's no doubt "Ollila" is a mis-spelling of "Ojala", since Kaisa in later years shows up correctly as "Ojala".
