Ida is my grandmother and I am having a very difficult time finding out any information on her. She died in Bellingham, WA about 1945. She had seven children Howard, Duane, Joe, Raymond, Doris, Alice and Ardis. Does anyone have information on them? I would be very grateful for any infor. Thanks

I have an old photo of my great grandmother Louise Oien-she married Albert Bakkum. They were from the North Dakota area. If I am remembering correctly there is a couple standing behind and the gentleman is a Grondahl boy. I don't have much information on the family and unfortunately I don't have a lot of resources. What kind of information do you have?

I wish I could be more help. I just know that Albert Bakkum and Louise Oien were from the Williston area. I don't really know where they came from. Of course my grandma Isabelle Bakkum, is deceased, and I really wish I would have gotten more information from her. My mother is also deceased, so that source is also gone. I have kind of lost touch with her family. She has a sister might be of some help, but she is not very good at responding to email. I will forward the posted message and see if she will answer it.
