Interested to see your ancestors were from Ayr. I am an 'Ayr Ogilvie' now living near Liverpool. The family moved to Ayr in the 1920's (Garden St) and were named James Ogilvie and Margaret (Hutson) Ogilvie. There were lost of sons and daughters from whom I came from (John Ogilvie).

There is another Branch f the Ogilvie Clan in Ayr - they used to own Ogilvie's taxies i Ayr.

I would be interested to know any ingo you had on the AYR clan.
