My O' Bannons immigrated from Ireland. The first to come over was Bryan O' Bannon. He settled in Fauquier County, VA in the 1720's.
Is this of any help?

I have info dating back to Ireland in the 16oo's. The O'Banions were the Keeps of Leap castle. You can look this castle up on the internet. This is known to be one of the most haunted castles in Ireland. If you are looking for specific names. I can get that info from a cousin. She talked to a historian in Dublin, and got the family code of arms. If interested let me know, and I will get this info from her. his pertaines names of my direct decendents, which you might be able to refrence.

Thanks so much for the info. At this point I could use anything to reference to Ireland. I can get as far back as to virginia and kentucky and forward from there. And I think we have a direct link to Asa O'Banion also. Thanks in advance for your time
