Hello Nwanyioma Nquot, I have been doing some further research on your father. I have more than 40 letters from 1963 to early 1967. On one of the letters I found the address of his brother in law, a Victor Uffen, who was living in Philadelphia in 1964 when Kaiso returned from France that spring. That was probably the Philadelphia connection since Victor was studying at the University of Penn. I visited Victor Uffen with Kaiso at that time, and one or twice later. I never returned to Philadelphia until I married in 1971. I just put the name Victor Uffen on the Net and discovered that a Chief Victor Uffen does live in Philadelphia and is Chairman of the Scholarship Committee of the AKWA IBOM State Association of Nigeria (USA). Further, I discovered that another person connected with this organization is Professor Philip Udo-Inyang who is on the faculty here at Temple University. His webpage is astro.temple.edu/~udoinyan. I just discovered this information this afternoon and have not attempted to make contact with these people. Maybe I don't want to find out if they know what happened to Kaiso. At any rate I will be contacting Professor Udo-Inyang since his office is not far from mine.
It is late and I must sign off. But, I thought that this might give you some new information that you too could follow up on.
Sincerely, Gloria M. Zucker

Dear Gloria Mcintyre Zucker
Today i found your last message. I do not know how to thank you helping me to know more about my father. I will check the e-mail adresses you send me and see what will happen. Since I knew very few about Kaiso iam surprised what life he lived in the 60ties and 70ties. Chere Madame 5 days ago i found members of family in Nigeria. I am filled with joy and i am so grateful. Still i do not know much about Kaiso`s whereabout, but at least i was told that he is still alive. i understand, you were a close friend of Kaiso Nquot. So i hope it will be good for you to know him alive. Madame Zucker, i am a woman,i am 42 years old and i do have 4 children and althogh my age it is a an amazing experience we are living right know. Do you think you can copy some of Kaiso`s old pictures and sending them to me?! Whatever you decide i will thank you so much helping trace my roots. I thought I might die without ever seen my Nigerian family.
God bless you and your beloved ones Sincerely yours Nwanyioma Nquot
