I am seeking information on a Norris man who was born in Massachusetts, settled in Maine, and at some point married a woman from the West Indies c 1850. She is believed to be of Spanish descent.

Their daughter, Carrie M. Norris, is my GG Grandmother. According to the 1880 Waterville, Maine Census, she was born c. 1855. She married Charles R. Tyler born 1846 in Waterville, ME. She and her father were born in MA. The census lists her mother's birthplace as West Indies.
