TWO FIREMEN INJURED.
While making a run across the Union Pacific and Rock Island
tracks at Tenth street in Armourdale to a fire early yesterday
morning, L. NORMAN, chief of the Kansas City, Kas., fire
department, was thrown from his buggy and severely bruised.
Thomas FINN, who was riding with him, was also thrown out
and received slight bruises. In crossing the tracks the horse
stumbled over a loose board, falling to the ground and throwing
both firemen headlong out of the buggy.
