Hi there. mkjones80
I know this is a long shot but I thought I would try anyway. My name is June Evans nee Noad. In your message 2009 you stated that you were doing some research for Dee Gilbert nee Dakin. I am trying, if she is still alive, to locate her mother Nancy Mary Noad. I have been doing my family tree for 5 years and have been helping Doris, daughter of Ernest Christian. Nancy is Doris' sister but they have not been in touch for quite awhile and Doris would love to know if Nancy is still alive. Her brother Ernest Charles Walter is still alive at the grand age of 97. Some of Nancy's family were born in Croydon. I was also born in Croydon but now live in Bromley so we might still live quite close. I was very upset when I found my Mum's favourite Aunt only lived 3 miles away. She would have loved to have seen her again. The only Noad member I have met was Ernest C.W.'s son Ernest. I only found him because he has been Mayor of Bromley for the last year.
I hope you are still with Ancestry.
Kind regards June.
