Hi my name is Shirley I am a Niesen. my father was Christian George Niesen. His father was William Niesen and his father I was told was Nicolas Niesen(from his mother Anna Lillian Borneman).They all lived in Cincinnati. I believe William came from Prussia Germany. I see there was someone asking about a Franz Niesen that is my fathers cousins. (or at least that is the story) Franz was the father of Edmond niesen who is in cincinnati he is a doctor.His son Edmond Jr. is also in the medical field. My grandfather William was a plummer on renner st. in Cincinnati. I have very little info on Nicolas but I was told by Edmond who was a Dr in cincy that there were several brothers in this clan in cincy. I know that their is also a Richard and several other Niesens buried at the Vine St Hill cemetary in Cincinnati. Most of them again by word of mouth were around that area at one point and time. I would like to know who Nicolas married and any other sibs of William I have very little on him as well. I do know that William died in 1946 in cincy according to his x-wife Anna (my grandmother my fathers mother) I have a few of the census records and some info from the cemetary records if you would like to exchange info. Any info on William or Nicolas birth, death, area of b&d mothers, fathers, sibs ect... would appreciate. Thank you. Shirley
