Surnames: Neisen, Lindenfelser, Huss, Schneider
I'm related to the Neisens of LeSeuer County in Union Hill, Minnesota near Belle Plaine. My Huss grandfather of Union Hill married a Lindenfelser girl of St. Michael in Wright County. So I know there's some kind of connection between these two counties so when I saw Neisen in Wright County I thought that could be the connection. Or the connection could be that my Lindenfelser grandmother of St. Michael in Wright County had an Aunt and Uncle and Cousins in Dakota County.

Elisabeth Neisen
Born: February 17, 1835 in Wallersheim, Trier, Germany

She married Johann “John” Huss in 1857 in Kenosha, WI. Her parents were Joe and Katherine (Schneider) Neisen. Katherine Schneider may have family and/or may have come from Feusdorf, Germany. Elisabeth immigrated to this country in 1853 and settled in the Kenosha area.

Died: April 9, 1908 of a weak heart at the age of 73
Buried: Union Hill Cemetery

Elizabeth Neisen's son, Stephen Huss, is my great grandfather
