Thanks for your reply and information. Could you give us the details of the 1861 Census entry, as I'm unable to locate Samuel NIBLETT or Harriet NIBLETT in this census, under this spelling of the surname.

I can find Thomas NIBLETT in the 1891 Census at RG12/ 4339, folio 88, page 12, schedule 22 at West Dean, Gloucestershire.

However, if you download this image on Ancestry.com you'll have to go to the first page in the set to find the actual image. I have told Ancestry of this error, but how long it takes them to fix it is anyone's bet.
