I have not found any documentation connecting the Joshua Newbrough of Winchester Virginia to the Chester County Newbroughs.
I was told a couple of years ago that Joshua Newbrough(probably #1) was said to have had a son name Joshua (#2?)
If Joshua #1 is the one that buried 10-20-1817, (he would been abt age 91 & son of John Newbrough & Dinah Butterfield) buried Mt Hebron Cem. In Winchester, lot 154,Same lot as Elizabeth Newbrough Crebs, niece of Joshua Newbrough #2 . Probably a close connection.
My feeling (no documentation) Joshua #2, Enos Newbrough of Chester Co. Pa & Sarah Newbrough White of Boone Co. Missouri, were family.
