Linda,after more search,I found that Virginia Jennia Daniels married John New's brother. Ibie, Iba, Bee married Charley Charles Daniels in 1892. There were more than one Charley Daniels in the area.

I believe that Phoebe New who married William Ratliff was the daughter of William T. New and Phoebe Davis New. William T. was a brother to my great grandfather John New. He married my great-grandmother's sister.
