For Phyllis Neill-Cook...My Neills also came from Northern Ireland. Presbyterians. My Revolution-era Gr-gr-gr grandfather was William Neill, Lee County, Va. who married Bathsheba Harrison. His father is listed as John Neill, his mother Eudotia Hill. John said to have come here "from Northern Ireland" and Wm. was born in Baltimore in 1750. We cannot find John and Eudotia anywhere. Believe William had a brother named Arthur and maybe John did , too. Most of Wm's children came to Missouri around 1830. Does any of this ring any bells with you?
