I'm looking for information on Patrick Harold Neagle. He was born in Couth Carolina (I believe, although the 1860 Census says Ireland) and died in Monroe County, Arkansas and is buried there.

In 1860, I have him in Lafayette County, Mississippi (p 115 of 240), along with a James Neagle (b abt 1837, Ireland). They were living with the Tyon/Fryer family as hired hands, most likely.

26 Apr 1861, he enlisted in the Confederacy in Oxford County, Mississippi. His residence is listed as Abbeville County, Mississippi and he enlisted in Company G, 11th Infantry Regiment.

31 Jan 1867, he married Susan C Johnston (b abt 1840, Mississippi).

1870 Census, he was in Richland Township, Monroe County, Arkansas.

31 Oct 1877, he married Laura G Hamilton (Feb 1856 MS - 4 Jul 1928 AR, daughter or Samuel G Hamilton Jr and Mary A)

1880 Census, he was in Richland Township, Monroe County, Arkansas.

17 Dec 1891, died in Richland Township, Monroe County, Arkansas. Buried at Calvary Cemetery (Catholic Cemetery) in brinkley, Monroe County, Arkansas. I've seen his grave and have photos.

Before his marriage to Susan C Johnston, he apparantly had a son, Frank Neagle (b abt 1861). Perhaps it was to Johnston or to another female. I'm unsure. Frank appears in the 1870 Census.

With his first wife, Susan C Johnston, he had three children:
Garrett Neagle (b abt 1867, Mississippi)
Thomas Edwin Neagle (Jul 1872 Arkansas - bef 1930 Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Md Minnie M Whitson 1893)
William H Neagle (Apr 1875 Arkansas - aft 1930, md Henrietta B Cargill)

With his second wife, Laura G Hamilton, he had six more children:
Mary A Neagle (27 Aug 1879 - 23 Dec 1963. md Warren 'Ed' Fraser. Buried at Cotton Plant, Arkansas)
Ellen Maggie Neagle (10 Aug 1880 - 15 Sep 1888, shares the same tombstone as her father.)
Charles Patrick Neagle (1 May 1883 - 1 Mar 1948, md Eula E Anderson 1905, md Anna Harmon 1931, buried in Cotton Plant, Arkansas)
Samuel Percy Neagle ( 21 Feb 1887 - 19 May 1891, also shares same tombstone as father)
Katie Eugine Neagle (Dec 1889 - 1926, md Clarence William Wallace)
Annie Neagle (Mar 1892 - ???, md Warton)

I'm looking for anyone else researching this line or can provide me with any information whatsoever.

My linage:
Patrick Harold Neagle, 1842-1891 (GG-Grandfather)
Katie Eugina Neagle, 1889-1926 (G-Grandmother)
Dorothy Louise Wallace, 1925-2000 (Grandmother)

Do you know for sure if he came from Ireland? If so, where in Ireland? I descend from Bernard Neagle/Nagle (abt.1833 - 1887), who was from County Sligo, and came to live in Richmond, VA, sometime netween 1850 and 1853, where he married a Georgeanna Dunlevy. I don't have the info., nor have I done the Irish research myself, but I have been told by another researcher that several Neagle brothers came to America around the same time, I can't remember where they arrived, but some ended up in New England, at least two in Richmond (Bernard and Thomas), and I think I was told at least one ende up in NC (Charlotte area).
