You are 100% correct. I was hoping that finding America L would be easier now, but she's still not findable. I talked with the Cherokee Tribe headquarters today and they will send me a questionair. Seems that if she and Jacob lived in Texas at that time she couldn't of signed up and same when she lived in Earlsboro area. It's possible that she is Cherokee, but never went and signed up.
