Dominick Hammer having made application for a License for Samuel Musser and Mary Ann Brouse and being duly sworn, says that he the said Samuel Musseris of the age of 21 years, and has no wife living, and that Mary Ann Brouse is of the age of 18 years, a resident of said County, and has no husband living, and that said parties are not nearer kin than first counsins.
