I have a rather complete family tree acting back to John and Anastasia Murphy...the following is found in that tree. Thomas Murphy, was born in 1831 in County Carlow, Village of Borris, near the village of Manugaul,and came to the U.S. in 1849, with his wife Catherine Doyle Murphy and settled in the town of Wayne, Theresa, Wisconsin. He died shortly after and was buried at Ashford, town of Wayne.
