I am the Turrentine Family of America historian and archivist. Lively Murphy mentioned in your post married Gilbert Turrentine who was born about March 1837 in Tennessee and came to Sevier County, Arkansas with his master's family in the following year. Descendants are very interested in Lively's family history and if she had any native American blood. A photo of here shows high cheekbones and looks like she might have had native American ancestry.
