In search of info on Lawrence and Johanna Sullivan Mungovan family. Lawrence born 1823 Co Clare, Ireland and then in 1853 had a son James P. born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I believe this James to be a brother to my gg grandmother Mary Mungovan born in 1841 in Co Clare, Ireland. Do you have any info on Lawrences children? My ggrandfather was Thomas Mungovan from Ireland. He had a twin brother named Michael.
Thomas m. Ann Hehir in Ireland. She died in 1895. Thomas came to the states around 1902.
Thomas and Ann had 6 children. Helen (Nellie) lived in NJ., Catherine, Maria (m. McCue in Lowell, MA), John Francis (m. Eileen Rose Jelley in Lowell, MA.)(my grandfather), another daughter either Jane or Anna, and another son who stayed in Ireland. One of the daughter married a McGuane. I think if was Catherine.
My great-uncle Michael had a daughter named May.
Have loads of information on descendants of John Francis. Looking for any information available on rest. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I know your posting was from awhile ago but I am trying to tie Michael J. Mungovan (his wife was Jane Guthrie) to James, Thomas (your great-grandfather) and Anne Mungovan Chappelle. According to Thomas' obituary, he had 2 brothers, James J. and Michael J., both of Lowell and a sister, Mrs. Frank Chappelle. Anne's marriage record lists her parents as John Mungovan and Mary Quinlan. James death record lists the parents as John Mungovan and Mary Quinlan. Thomas death record lists his parents as John Mungovan and Mary Quinlivin. But Michael J. Mungovan's death record lists his parents as John Mungovan and Ann Ginivan (which could be a typo). Do you have any information on Thomas parents or other siblings? Have you done any research on the other Mungovan families living in Lowell (Frank Mungovan, Patrick and Ellen Carey Mungovan)?
