I have their photo taken at Colville, Washington with Ronald in uniform. I know they are somehow connected to my Kentucky tree from Joel B. Mullins (1815-1897) m. Orpha Fugate (1822-1894). Probably born abt 1920. Maybe they are brothers and not necessarily born in Ky. Another photo of Marvin, as a boy as taken at "Aunt Lina's". My third photo shows Marvin in uniform (1944) holding Vance's baby.
