If I wouldn't be so sure when you say that 99.9% of the Muffolettos are from Cefalù and that there are some who live in Termini. In Termini there are hardly any.I'm a Muffoletto and my father was from Gratteri and that is where most of the Muffoletto's come from.They immigrated to Cefalù because in Gratteri there was nothing to offer. And there are many other Muffoletto's who live in Campofelice.
