I have family that were descendants of Mucci's... They, too, were from Campobasso, Italy. However, sadly, I do not know ANY siblings, parents, etc. They immigrated to New York and lived in Syracuse. His name was Carlo (in other recollections it was Carlos, but not found in the census nor paper as such) Antonio Mucci b. 1857 in Campobasso, Italy. I have only one child listed as being born in Italy, his name was Nicola, Antonio Mucci, B. 1888 in Italy, D 1898 in Syracuse, New York, in a tragic accident. He fell through the ice on the Erie Canal and drowned. Carlo and his wife, Maria Vittoria D'Imperio (Americanized it was usually listed as Marie or Mary Victoria) had two more children, both daughters that were born in the Syracuse, NY area. No one can recall if there were any other family that either was here, when they arrived, or came after, to follow them to the USA. Wondering if anything rings a bell?
